Ted Magnuson lives in the Pacific Northwest and when not writing, he might be enjoying the great outdoors, dancing or working on his golf game.
High points in his life include climbing four glaciated peaks (pun intended) and dancing the Tango with his wife Nancy. His vision of world domination is to bicycle the world over.

His education includes a Masters in Business from Florida Atlantic University and Counseling Psychology from Lewis & Clark College Graduate School of Education.
He is a member of Rotary International, the Authors Guild, The Mazamas, the Oregon Writers Colony and more bicycle clubs than most folks.

Recalling Moments of Inspiration...

How does one become a writer?
It may be coincidence; but an uncanny string of events really started it all.
1) Recurring dream of Alien Abduction disturbs sleep. How does one make sense of it all? Write it down!
2) My workplace surplused their old IBM display-writer word processors (one step removed from clay tablets--yes it was that long ago). A highly editable form of transcribing idears now available for the young artist.
3) New York Agents descend on Portland hungry for fresh talent" Interviewing candidates at local college." Newspaper headline from that period.
